Contingent Hire

Retained Search

Our retained search agreement is a comprehensive and exclusive service that is tailored to your specific needs. We work closely with you to understand the unique requirements of the position, the culture and values of your organization, and the types of candidates that would be the best fit.

  • Candidates are guaranteed for up to 90 days.

  • 20-25% of the candidate's first-year salary

  • %25 of the expected fee is paid upfront. The balance is due 30 days from the start.

  • The agency guarantees at least two qualified candidates per vacancy.

  • A retainer is not refundable should the employer hire or close the position.


Subscription Based

For companies who are entering accelerated growth periods and will need a number of employees in a short period of time.

  • Recurring monthly subscription

  • On-site account manager when needed

  • Contracted for periods of 6 or 12 months

  • Tailored to the needs of clients

  • Direct collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers from Job description to onboarding.

  • This applies to hires that are paid under 100k per year.

  • Can include Judgement Index assessments
